CrossFit RRG: We support our community's first line of defense.

Elements Program

This program is 3 private/semi private sessions where learn the 9 “foundational movements” of CrossFit. We also introduce you to other exercises and equipment that we frequently utilize. After completion, you can join any regular group class.

CrossFit Group Classes

The life transforming classes, where noone is left behind or alone. These meet daily following the 3 days on 1 day off training schedule recommended by CrossFit HQ, the current schedule can be found on the schedule page. The workouts are pre determined and “scaled” appropriately to each individual. The results are posted on the walls, so that everyone can keep track of their progress in the program.

Private Training

Private 1 on 1 sessions are also available. This is a private 45-60 min session. This option is ideal for those who feel they are not quite ready for the group classes, or have different goals in mind.

Athlete Development Training (ADT)

The program for the athletes. These are private sessions where we put you through proven exercises and drills to improve your Quickness, Agility, Acceleration, and Running Form and Technique. You will also work on Strength and Power through CrossFit training in addition to Sport Specific exercises. This program’s session last 75-90min in duration.
