CrossFit RRG: We support our community's first line of defense.

These are the current group times. Feel free to call if you can’t make it to any of the scheduled times, and we shall see what we can do to accommodate you.  The times posted here are for when the Workout begins.    Stretching begins 30 minutes prior to posted CrossFit time, followed by the Skill/Strength work, and then at the posted class time the WOD (workout of the day) begins.  The 3 non CrossFit classes are 30 minute workshops where we shall work on the form and technique of the movements in addition to learning new movements.  For these there will a brief 5 minute or less stretch at the beginning, so plan accordingly.  SATURDAY and SUNDAY classes there is no skill/strength work.  Report to the gym just 15 minutes prior to start of WOD.
