Wendler: Shoulder Press & Deadliftrecovery of 5 MB cleans into Wallball (for shoulder press)
recovery of 30s Parallet hold (for deadlift)
WOD “Bear Complex” The following 5 exercises are to be completed in succession without letting the bar touch the ground. The bar can touch the ground after the 5 exercises have been completed. If it touches before the 5th exercise is completed that round does not count. You get to pick your weight (don’t go grazy heavy or you will burn out quickly.)
