Hopefully everyone read yesterdays post about having an idea on how you are going to complete the WOD.  A couple people came to me and voiced their dislike in having to wait around for the WOD to begin when they were ready and the start time arrived.  So, to keep it fair I am going to reiterate that once it’s the posted time on the website the clock is starting.  Everyone has ample time to get their stretching and skill/strength work accomplished and have some remaining minutes before the clock starts.  If you get there late you obviously won’t have time to do all the skill strength.  Don’t rush through a warmup and try squeezing it in.  YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF.  Use the time you have and get stretched/warmed up.  If you get there right at the time of the WOD starting, “sorry bout your bad luck”, I hope it’s not too hard of one where you can jump right in.  SO in conclusion, quit screwing out, let’s “DO WORK” (I love that line).

Deb POWERING through some 95lb Thrusters. You go girl!!!
