Still people are too worried about the WOD and not ample stretching/warmup. Take it serious, don’t “doddle” around and then jump into something tough. Your body will snap, and it will hurt. Todays pic is a reminder on foam roll usage. The guys covers the basic moves, but you can roll out anything. New thing I would like to see people start doing is roll post-wod. It doesn’t take long, but it will speed your recovery for the next WOD. Just try it out.
