We apologize for the last minute cancellation in Amissville yesterday.  Justin was stuck in traffic from Fairfax from 4:30pm and didn’t get to Warrenton until 6:50pm.  Needless to say, he was not a happy camper.  I know you all realize that things like this happen, but apologize to those who might have already been on your way. Isaac was almost to Amissville and was able to drive to Warrenton in time for class. Atta boy!  Anyhow, hope it’s  a good turnout tonight considering the consequence last night.  Thanks guys!

The CrossFit Regionals was this past weekend in Price George’s County MD. Only the top 3 males/females (out of the 60 that competed) qualified for the games.

Also this is just a friendly reminder that the posted WOD times are when the WOD will start.  On the dot.  If you are not here and ready to go, or walk in late and still have to set up, unfortunately we will be starting without you.
